Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.
Pack Your Frames
Place the eyewear securely in its original protective case and packaging, ensuring all included accessories like microfiber cloths and authenticity cards are inside the box.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our optical lab inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship out your exchange frames within 3 to 5 business days.
